The Knights have set a tough lead for the rest of us to follow with her inspired pick of Flemming as her captain. There are still many days of cricket to come and so Lynda gets the sweaty-you-are-in-the-lead-now-but-for-how-much-longer prize for being in the lead. The rest of us are waiting for different games it seems as scores didn't change by much.
Canada had a good start against New Zealand today but when they lost their openers and the worms crossed (the run rate graphs) they didn't present much of a challenge. Netherlands made Scotland look bad by beating them them in only 23 overs.
The huge game tomorrow is the India - Sri Lanka game which India has to win to go through to the next round. Things are going to be tense in the sub-continent.
Looks like Bob Woolmer's death is now being treated as a murder, which is just horrible. How could anyone do that.

How rude! You just wait until England wins the World Cup - apologies will be necessary!I don't think they will stay at the pub too long tonight -they are playing tomorrow. Lynda is really doing exceptionally well - can we ever hope to catch her? We can only try but changes are running out. Missy, you and I seem to be hovering around the same position - nice to have the company. Sarah and Janet seem to be doing the same. Enjoy the games today - Sri Lanka vs India is a confusing one.
It's an established tradition that South Africans have to come from behind. That's why we usually loose all the matches we need to so that we can have a do or die situation for all the remaining matches. There's no excitement otherwise. So watch out, the Gonubie Gabbas are going to come with a rush at the end. As for that pregnant chick, ain't she something?
