Paul and Catherine are trying to mount a challenge but not quite doing enough at this point. Henry is the biggest mover of the day, and just as he promised in his video comment a week ago, he has stopped resting and is coming to get y'all. He may be the first to break into the top 6. Wouldn't that be something. There would be much rejoicing. Henry would say something like "Woohoo" and smile a lot. But let us not count our runs before they are hatched. Graeme needs to put Hayden on his team coz half his team is now MIA.
Today's game was somewhat different, being shortened to 22 overs per side. Bangladesh seemed a bit lost as to how to tackle the situation and started slashing around, or as one of the commentators put it, "Swinging like rusty gates". They lost too many wickets too fast and this restricted them from getting too many runs. Australia hauled them in in no time with Hayden and Gilchrist the only ones to bat. Even so, it was a fun game to watch, especially if you like your cricket in small doses.
It is Paul's birthday tomorrow, (or today when you read this), so let us wish him many happy ducks.
Ciao,
Michael

Well done to Sarah! And nice present for Paul in second place - Happy Birthday Paul. Henry will be smiling all day. Moira refuses to have anything to do with Australia - says they are rude and she has principles.
I woke up in the middle of the night with one clear thought. To win this, you need to have a number one or two batsman from each of the best teams in your team. Also, if this batsman is your captain, you are probably going to win. Now I have to wait four years to test this theory. So if Hayden or Fleming or Graeme Smith is your captain - whoopee! Add to that Glenn Mcgrath and the sky's the limit. So what do the rest of you think about that?
I know that you will all be delighted to hear that I finally did a trade. You were right, Michael, morning in SA seems to work. I lost the Pakistani and picked up an Irishman. I'm beginning to see how this strategy thing work, as you can see. So, Sarah, watch out. I'm zooming ahead! Missy, maybe you should trade someone for a Bangladeshi.
Moira, I have two Bangladeshis, is that how you spell it?, on my team. All that seems to have gotten me is further in the whole.
Grandma Cath, Smith is my captain, just dumb luck that he is. Your Son, Michael told me in a fit of desperation that I should trade him. Not a chance!
Watch out I still have 12 trades.
