We are into the semi-finals. Sri Lanka beat New Zealand easily. Some say New Zealand under performed but the official South African decription for their performance is "pieperig". Let us hope the South Africa - Australia game is a more exciting one.
Despite the poor game some people had some big jumps and people changed positions. Lynda continues her fall from the top to a new place in 10th spot, as Graeme jump ahead of her. He gets the sweaty jumps ahead of the ex pregnant chick award of secret teamness award.
Henry is poised for a jump up a couple of positions, so watch him with his Pontying captain. It will be very intereting to see what happens at the top.
Here is the worm.

Let us know where you would like to end up by the end, who is it you are trying to beat. I would be over the moon just to get ahead of my wife. It would be a dream come true.
Enjoy the last few games,
Michael

A few things. Firstly, your newspaper article about saving the environment was hugely entertaining - this is a lady after my own heart. Now I know that I am not the only person with ideas which don't follow the norm.
Secondly, I want to be in the top three - some sweaty award would bring me great pleasure. But I have the secret three to deal with - they seem locked in battle.
And lastly, what the heck were South Africa doing? What a disappointing performance - about to watch Aus get the runs without breaking a sweat. Or am I being too hasty? Let's hear all your comments - it would be nice to have a blog from all contestants - even the ones who have never commented before. Come on, don't be pieperig now!
O.K. Catherine, here's my two cents worth. After all this scheming, I too would like to be in the top three.
If truth be known I would like third place because I could proudly wear the hat.
How I have managed to be where I am is a true case of luck. I have no knowledge of cricket and probably never will.
I have enjoyed all this immensely!
Well, I take my hat off to you - you are a wonderful competitor and certainly deserve the hat or better. Did Bob really mean it when he said that you studied the statistics? I don't believe for a minute that you didn't use some cunning strategy - well done to you! And yes, luck certainly plays a part. I agree, it has been enormous fun - will miss it when it is over.
Catherine, I simply have gone by the points people have made. I don't know any more than that.
Who anyone is or what they've done in the past is beyond me.
I am confident that I will infact beat my husband (sorry sweety you get the sweaty sweety who can't possibly beat his sweety award). My real goal is to get ahead of my Mother-In -Law. I think this would give me great standing in my new family and realy help to build strong ties for the future!
Well, I just hope I manage to beat Moira, and maybe Sandi, oh and maybe Lynda and Graeme... :)
Ok, then, it's time to bow out gracefully and instead of rooting for my team and South Africa, root for one of us. I'm taking offers from anyone who wants me to root for them. Offers in the form of a ball, a cap, or a shirt...
Yes, it has been fun. Good thinking there Batman (or was it Michael?).
